Licencing/releasing fonts for Adobe

I really couldn't find anywhere at Adobe.com useful information about this issue. Can anyone help me please with this?

    Adobe does not actively and/or publicly solicit submissions of fonts for the Adobe Type Library. There are currently no openings in the Adobe Type Department. For career opportunities at Adobe, see http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/careeropp/. There are currently no posted openings for type designers, sorry!

    To be more specific:

    - does Adobe sign new typodesigners?

    - if does, can anyone tell me what's the procedure of submiting fonts for review?
