licensing fonts embedded in a web application

we wish to use a web application from www.digitary.net to deliver student transcripts and degree results over the web

to do this we need to license the font for webserver use in a manner analogous to the linotype application server provider license (see www.linotype.com/25/fontlicensing.html)

Our normal vendor has said they cannot offer a suitable license due to their OEM agreement with Adobe and we need to talk to adobe. Unfortunately Adobe won't talk to us 😞
