I think you mean “ITC”, not TC. ITC stands for International Type Corporation and all the “free” versions of any ITC typeface you will find are illegal.

As @Abambo wrote you can find free (legal) fonts on Google fonts (but not ITC fonts). You can also find free legal fonts on https://www.fontsquirrel.com/

Free fonts are available from fonts.google.com.
