Missing Adobe Fonts

When I open up my indesign doc, there are a couple fonts in my font library missing. These were fonts that were activated/installed on Adobe Typekit through my Adobe CC account. I look to check their avaiablility on Adobe Typekit and they're no where to be found. Would anybody have some insight into this? Is this common??

 

The specific fonts in reference are:

Benton Sans

TitlingGothicFB

        Yes, I'm missing Poynter as well. I need this ASAP. Is it no longer supported? I'm using it in my figma layouts and on our public webpage.
