Monotype licence issue

Hi everybody !Monotype licence issue3 weeks ago, Monotype send an email to my company where they say we're using fonts illegally for a long time and now clain us to pay million dollars to continue graphic creations.Does it come from Extensis Connect ?Nobody understand what happened ! Does anybody here encountered this big problem and how did you solve it ?Many thank to answering (it's very urgent).

Did representatives from Monotype provide any specifics about the alleged violations, such as which specific type families were used and where they were used? Is your company using certain web fonts on its web site or embedding certain type families in PDF files posted online?

I would look over the contact info and headers in the email to make sure it isn't really a phishing attempt from scammers. The notion the email is demanding a really high monetary payment rather than simply threatening legal action sounds very fishy to me.
