MultiDisplay web version does not show diacritic for É in Medium (font-weight:500) size

The first letter is supposed to be an É, but the diacritic is not rendered in the browser and instead shows up as just E.

The issue seems to be only on rendering the web version since the downloaded version of the typeface on Figma renders fine at all weights with the expected diacritic É, as shown below:
