Hello,

i have tried to read through many links and sources online about the commercial use of Myriad Pro but im still confused. Im designing a brochure for a non-profit organisation and we would like to use Myriad Pro as the main font.  (I do work in Adobe CC.)  Can we use it in print or do we need to purchase any type of license? Those brochures will be later on distributed to public.

I do appreciate your reaction....

Thank you

Eva

    Eva,

    Thanks for asking ...

The fonts bundled with Adobe's Creative Cloud products, in this case a few faces of Myriad Pro, are licensed to you allowing embedding in PDF, EPS, PostScript, and ePUB files with no restrictions against your distribution of the resultant files (with the embedded fonts). There are no additional licensing fees, regardless of whether you are a non-profit or a commercial organization.

In other words, “you are good to go!”
