Need download link to font I've already purchased

I've had the worst time trying to find someone in support who could help me.

Last year, I purchased Janson Text Std from Adobe and I printed the order confirmation form (with confirmation number). The motherboard on my laptop recently crashed and apparently my fonts weren't saved with Carbonite as I thought. I'm trying to recover the fonts I've purchased. For some reason, this font wasn't saved to my account even though I did purchase it through Adobe. I've tried contacting Adobe support to obtain a new download link to the Janson Text Std, but no one can help me. The latest support person suggested I post my question here. Can anyone with Adobe help me? It's an expensive font ($99+) and I'd like to keep using it.
