Not Valid IP

Hello! I have trouble. I need to buy "Frutiger - 55 Roman" font. Im adding to cart this font. Going to page where i need to select my country (Russia) and Store (Business Store). Then i pressing "Go" button and redirecting to page with this adress https://store.adobe.ru/. And the only i can see is blank page with message "Not walid IP.". Can you tell what im doing wrong? Thank you.

    There may be a number of different reasons for the failure, without your doing anything wrong.

    I am afraid no one can help you without your stating which website you started with and were redirected from.
