Open Type font selections in Aribic, Russian and Chinese and licensing

Could someone turn me in the right direction for Choosing Open Type fonts in Aribic, Russian and Chinese, as well as licensing.

I only need two fonts of each language.

No. At the moment Adobe doesn't have any Chinese fonts for licensing.
