Open Type scripting trouble

This is my first attempt at creating an open type font in font lab 4. i thought i would start with the simplest feature i could think of, but already having trouble.  any idea what i am doing wrong??? thank you to anyone who can help!

I can't spot anything wrong with the code.

FontLab 4 is a really old version. You may be running into old bugs. I suggest you post at http://forum.fontlab.com/
