Problem using new type kit font in Word or QuarkXPress 2017

Does anyone have a solutions for my problem?
I opened font called Coniferous from Typekit and in works just fine in CC programs but... I also need it in QuarkXPress and Word. Those programs there is only one cut visible it looks like bold or black and name is only Coniferous.
After that problem I tried same thing with font Dederon and same problem...
I am using PC.
