Problems with Source Serif Variable

Hello,

I have problems with the font Source Serif Variable. I took this font because it looks friendly for a Christian calendar. I took it in different version, with an without manual setting of the font weight. In InDesign is no problem to see. But while printing you see white holes in the letters; see attachment. In the PDF, the error can only be seen in certain scalings.

Does anyone have the same problems? Now the calendars (~ 200'000 pcs.) are ready and its to late. But I want to use the font again - without this problems!

Thanks,

Burkhard

It would be most helpful if you could post at least a sample PDF file (as well as the source InDesign document from which it was produced) that displays this issue such that we can examine this both within our typography group and the Acrobat group here at Adobe.

If you prefer, you can send me a private message with a link to such files.
