Prpblem to using Adobe typekit in Shanghai

Hi, I'm working in Shanghai as a brand designer.

I have been using the creative cloud with "adobe type kit" for a while but suddenly doesn't work anymore.

even I couldn't find the option of adobe font setting on the Creative cloud anymore.

are there anyone who has the same problems or how can I fix it?

"Adobe cannot offer the font service in certain countries at this time. If your Adobe ID is registered in China, you will not be able to add fonts to a website or activate fonts through the Creative Cloud desktop application."
Adobe notices this on their website but our team buys this account-based of US.
