question on usage of web font on our production website

 I would like to know if our organisation have a corporate subscriptions for each of our devs, and one of our dev had created a web project to allow us to use an Adobe web fonts on one of our website.

If the dev left an the account is then close will the font also stop working?, even though our corporate subscription is still active?

If yes, 

Could we link the web project to our corporate subscription instead so that we can avoid this kind of issue?
