It means that when MakeOTF tried to subroutinizedthis font in order to make it smaller, the font was so difficult that MakeOTFran out of the fixed reiteration depth, and as a result the analysis was not as complete as might have been possible. The result is that your font is fine, but may not be compressed to the theoretical maximum.
