System fonts not showing Adobe apps

Hi,

 

I have a system font installed with 5 weights which are correctly shown in Microsoft apps like the word but not displayed in Adobe suite apps. The font is called 'Fauna'. The problem is not with the font but with Adobe. Please assist.

Check with applications that are neither Microsoft nor Adobe. It may be a problem with Adobe, but it may also be a problem with Microsoft. It's easy to point to a culprit, but if you don't have correct evidence... Kind of he must be the murder because I'm not?

Is this on Windows?

 

In that case: the font must be installed in the system (not just in Office) and it must be installed "For all users"
