Hi,

I have found that Trajan Pro works perfectly as a font for a product line that I am designing the packaging for for a client,

What sort of licenses do they need to acquire to use this font on their product packaging? It is perfect.

thank you

Assuming you licensed Trajan Pro via Adobe or Fontspring (or are using Trajan Pro via Typekit), there are no further licenses or royalties that you need to pay for packaging or similar purposes, even if you embed the font in PDF files. However, you can't give out the font file itself to others.
