I am making a cover of my book in photoshop and would be very thankful for the answer if I may use Trajan pro 3 regular for this commercial use for free or I should buy the license somewhere? I read about Typekit but don't know how to buy by them.

The license for Trajan, assuming you licensed it via the Adobe Fonts service (formerly Typekit) or via FontSpring has no restrictions in terms of commercial use (in this case, use on a book cover) assuming you are embedding the font in a PDF or EPS file for print or display.
