TRAJAN PRO font available for Web and Apps?

The customer is a video game developer and publisher, operating in South Korea. They want to develop a new game with TRAJAN PRO font and wants to know if they can use this font in their website/mobile apps and any other platform that they woiuld publish their games on.

They’re active CC users as of now.

• Can the customer directly request quote to Adobe?
• Or, where this customer can buy font license?
