Any knows if it is possible to buy entire Trajan Pro for offline use?

Trajan Pro is available from MyFonts, and the latest version Trajan Pro 3 is available from Fontspring.

If you have a Creative Cloud subscription the Regular and the Bold weights of Trajan Pro 3 are just a few clicks away, available via Typekit.

Just be aware that in order to use the Trajan Pro with Typekit, you must be synchronized with the Adobe Creative Cloud and Typekit on-line and that the Typekit subscription included with the full Creative Cloud subscription limits you to 100 typefaces synchronized at one time.

Typekit may not be the best solution if you are significantly offline and/or need more than 100 typefaces available from the Typekit inventory at one time. (There are extra cost Typekit subscriptions for > 100 typefaces!)
