Trying (very hard) to successfully buy a font (I have "Creative Cloud Free Membership")

What I need:  To buy and use the font Neuzeit Grotesk Regular on my Wordpress Website

The steps I followed trying to buy a web font:

1. I read the instructions on how to buy an adobe font here https://www.adobe.com/africa/products/type/fonts-by-adobe.html 
2. I logged into my adobe account (see screenshot)
3. I found the font I want to buy here https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/neuzeit-grotesk
4. I clicked "Buy Now" (see screenshot), I entered my credit card details, I clicked "Review Order" and then I clicked "Process Order"
5. Nothing. Nothing happened, the screen blinks. No error messages nothing. I've tried different browsers, different credit cards and different computers. The result is the same. 

QUESTION: Is it possible to buy a font from adobe if I only have a Creative Cloud Free Membership? If it is, then what on earth am I doing incorrectly?
