Type Basics Package Missing Two Font Files

Hi,

I purchased a license for Adobe Type Basics Opentype Edition. Two Font files seem to be missing from the downloaded ZIP file (Woodcut Ornaments and Bickham Script). I'm not sure if there was a glitch in the version of the file I have access to, or they were dropped from the package, but I have 63 instead of 65 fonts in there. They're not a huge loss, but they may come in handy at some point.

When I tried chat support, I was told to call phone support. When I called phone support, I was told that phone support was not available for that product.

Has anyone had a similar issue, or can anyone point me toward a support number for Adobe type that might be able to help?

(The main support number at 800-833-6687 was the one that had no option for type, and told me phone support was unavailable after I pressed "Other" a second time.)
