Typekit fonts not being loaded (http 403)

I've created a kit and defined my target domain.

On the target domain; I've synced

However, when the page is loaded (Mac or Windows) the Webkit fonts are not loaded and the fallback font is rendered instead.

Looking at network response codes, I'm seeing an HTTP 403 in response to the call to https://use.typekit.com...
