Typekit fonts not syncing properly

Mac os, Catalina 10.15.7
I'm trying to use the font Poppins, in the attached screenshots you can see that in AE (it's all adobe apps and apps outside of adobe) I only get the one font weight of bold. In the other screen shot you can see that I've synced the whole font family. I checked and I don't have Poppins installed already, it doesn't show up in font book nor does it appear when I search my system with hidden files shown. Any help would be appreciated.
