Typekit keeps auto signing me out

Hi folks–apologies for not getting back to you; we haven't been getting the notifications of new posts on this thread.

If the steps in this help page have not solved the problem for you, please email support@typekit.com with:

- the browser you are using

- if you are on OS X or Windows & which version

- a screenshot of the cookie exceptions that you have added from the instructions in the help page

I have the same problem. The above solution did not work.

Excuse me, I never got any further response and my problem is not solved.

Moving to Adobe Type‌

Hi Zach,

I'm sorry you ran into trouble here. It sounds like there may be a conflict with one of the cookie settings in your browser. The Typekit website uses cookies from Adobe.com and the sign in will not work if you have third-party cookies blocked in the browser.

If this is turned on in your browser, you'll need to add a couple exceptions to the privacy setting:

Please give that a try, and let me know if you still cannot sign in to your account.
