Unable to sync fonts from Typekit

Hi there!

I have been unable to access my previous synced fonts from Typekit. I have tried turning it off and on again in CC preferences and that hasn't helped. I have also tried to look at the /Library/Preferences folder and this is what I have:

com.adobe.acc.AdobeCreativeCloud.plist

com.adobe.acc.AdobeDesktopService.plist

I'm running OS 10.9.5. Any suggestions? Very frustrating having to spend all this time trying to sort this out when you have deadlines to meet!!!
