Uninstall ATM Deluxe 4.1 XP SP3

I am thinking of installing Extensis Suitcase Fusion 2 for Windows to manage my fonts. I have ATM Deluxe 4.1 installed and it is recommended that I either remove or stop any other font management programs.

ATM cannot be stopped, the turn off button is greyed out.

Has anyone any advice on what course of action I need to take to have a smooth transition from ATM to Suitcase?

I would have thought that some-one out there would have made this

transition in the past and could have passed on some helpful advice.
