web fonts

Hello there

I purchased the following font after speaking to an advisor on Live Chat:

Myriad Pro (Mac/Win,English)

However having downloaded this there doesn't seem to be any of the necessary files?

Please can someone from the team get in touch - Live Chat doenst appear to be online now..

    Hi Kirsty,

    If you purchased a license for Myriad Pro from Adobe's Type store thinking that you would get the family as a web font, I'm sorry to say but you were ill advised. I believe that you can ask for a refund if you decide to return the fonts.

    To get Myriad Pro as a web font you need to get a Typekit subscription.

    The only reason I purchased this license was for use as the web font.

    I will need to talk to the team about a refund.
