What Font Please

Is the New Zealand Police logo so is pretty likely it has been custom drawn of modified (to me it looks like it has a faux italic applied) but I need to be able to place as a font to draw in a GIS feature class so am looking for the closest match poss. I'll look into those you mentioned.

None of the characters in that small sample are particularly unique,
and it might be an upright font with a slanted image (which would make
What-the-font give such strange results - because it's looking for an
exact match, even to the tilt angle).

Looks like one of the heavier weights of Nimbus Sans, but could even
be some version of Helvetica/HelveticaNeue. In fact both of those
match very closely except for the assymetric positioning of the
crossbar on the 'E'. THAT character looks like it's from Seed T (URW),
