can be obtained the ClassKern tool used to create the .kern files in the examples for OT creation?

well in fact i'm using system x (unix) so it would be able to compile it, but anyway i'm using bbedit and it is scriptable, so i've prepeared some nice script (it can do grep finds) and it is working pretty fine.

That tools is an old unix-only tool that is not available to FDK users.

Perhaps EditOTFMetrics, can help you with your kerning work?
