where Myriad Light?!

Um...

I think this whole TypeKit licensing thing is flat out weird.  I can create a web graphic using Myriad Light, but not something going to print.  Wha?

I thought the whole point of paying our monthly's was to not have to worry about stuff like this.  No?

Jerome

    Hi Jerome,

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with this. As you noted, not all fonts at Typekit are available for desktop use.  We are continuing to license fonts from our foundry partners for desktop sync as we move forward, and font variations that aren't available via Typekit can be purchased separately in the meantime.

Myriad Light is available from the Adobe website:

    http://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?store=OLS-US&event=displayFontPackage&code=1706

Or you can browse similar fonts which are licensed for desktop use on Typekit:

    Full Library | Typekit

I hope that this helps; let me know if you have any other questions.  Best,
