Which font is this?

I had a quick search doing a reverse image search (google image https://images.google.com/?hl=xx-elmer&gws_rd=ssl and tineye https://tineye.com/)

and I cannot find it as a font, but it's possible a bespoke lettering

the adobe fonts website (https://fonts.adobe.com/) image search doesn't recognise the image and what's the font (https://www.myfonts.com/pages/whatthefont) doesn't return a match for this lettering...
