Which Font used for the famous Google logo? Is it a standard one?

I would like to know which font has been used for the Google logo.

The website design of [url removed by host] requires this famous typgraphy.

I decided not to use any google kind of font in the end. It's just not original enough.

(google gives so many different fonts, I just don't know which is the correct one...but on this forum there are specialists)

Trying to make your logo look like somebody else's is pretty lame, but often clients want to do that.

Why don't you just Google for

google font name

?

Unlike most logos, this one really was done from a font.
