Win98: Installing ATM Light over ATM Deluxe

Hello,

On a Win98 box, I have ATM Deluxe 4.0 installed.

I recently wanted to install some .otf fonts from Adobe and could not. Is it true that I neet ATM v.4.1 rather than 4.0?

If yes, given that ATM Deluxe 4.1 is no longer available, can I install ATM Light 4.1 over ATM Deluxe 4.0 without any problems?

    First of all, let me express my condolences on being stuck with Windows'98.

    No, you cannot simply install ATM Light 4.1 on top of ATM Deluxe 4.0. You would need to uninstall ATM Deluxe 4.0 and then install ATM Lite 4.1, losing all the font management services in the process.
