Am I be able to use Helvetica Neue (the OS system font) in my corporate branding or will I need to purchase a corporate licence?

    Can you explain a bit further? She doesn't need to purchase a corporate license to use it herself, but if other people in the company plan to use it going forward, they would have to purchase a licence, UNLESS they happen to have the same OS font, right?

    You are right that everyone using an actual font has to have it legally on the computer, as a font acquired with the OS or an application, or as a purchased font, or as a free font (or as a font of own creation and similar).
