I have created several related projects in Captivate 4 by copying the initial one and saving as a new file name, then modifying the content (to keep everything consistent). Despite changing the project name (in preferences/document info) the old name is still displayed in the html file, and therefore shows up as the page name in the web browser. I can change that in the html file, but is there a way to do this in Captivate so that once a file is published and posted online no changes have to be made?

Hi there
If changing the document properties doesn't seem to be doing it, unfortunately changing the HTML output is the only reliable way.
Have you ensured the latest update has been applied? Perhaps there was a fix in there to address that. I ask because I'm unable to duplicate the issue here on my own PC. The tab name changes to reflect whatever I type into the File > Document Info > Project name field.

Someone else also suggested changing the Project Title in the Publish > Flash options screen, which I did. I downloaded the latest update and that seems to have fixed the problem.
Thanks so much for the prompt and useful assistance!

That changes the folder name, but not the document title in html. When I
downloaded the latest update that seemed to fix the issue.
Thanks,
