How can i get chat roulette to work?

Question

When i go on it says thisUnable to connect to Chatroulette RTMFP server.&#8232;Please configure your firewall or router to allow non-restricted inbound and outbound UDP connections on all ports.im on a macbook air which i just bought and month ago and im connected to the Cal State University Northridge wifi but it doesnt work. My roomate has a macbook pro which works though. please help

Please consult your college IT (helpdesk) folks. It is about your machine and/or network setting but not relate with Flash Player setting so we can't help much here. Your roommate must have different network setting/configration to pass through firewall.
