Error 1706.No valid source could be found for product Adobe Acrobat XI Pro

When we try to install Adobe acrobat 11.0.17 in couple of machines it fails with "Error 1706.No valid source could be found for product Adobe Acrobat XI Pro".

The install works fine in some machine and fails in majority of the device.  I tried to run the AcrobatUpd11017.msp directly from package and it prompt the below.

When i select the acropro.msi location from user source it works fine and also uninstall complete adobe acrobat pro XI and installing back it fixes the problem.

We have not faced similar issue earlier releases.
