Hi Chris,

Are you getting this when you try running the stand alone AIR runtime found at http://get.adobe.com/air ?  Would you be willing to do a quick desktop sharing session to see if I can help isolate the issue and get you running asap?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,
I'm willing to bypass the normal troubleshooting steps to help expedite  the process to help you start using the application you purchased.   Would you mind emailing (ccampbel@adobe.com) or send me a private  message through the forums letting me know a time that works for you?   I'm on PST (GMT+8.)

If you'd like to do normal troubleshooting, lets start by examining your AIR installer log which is located at:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\AIR\logs

You'll have to show hidden folders to view this location.

I'm  assuming now that the failure occurs when installing DUBturbo, not the  AIR runtime itself.  When you install the app, do you have a .air file  or are you doing this from a web page?

Thanks,
Chris
