Adobe Flash player in Chrome in Android

I have a website named banglanewslive.com. It is a responsive one. all is ok , but when i open it on a chrome, or opera mini it dosent show anything . I use a Walton Hm smartphone , which is a android 4.2.2 based phone. but i cant see any flash content in it. and the youtube video is also cant play. please give any solution.
