Flash Player Settings Manager

HELP!  I cannot find how to access the Settings Manager in Flash Player so that I can select DENY ALWAYS for access to my computer.  I've been all over the site.  I found the help page telling me how to do it but that's Help only.  Cannot get to the actual Settings Manager.

You should also be able to do this with the built in Flash Player control panel in your system settings.
