Flash Player does not work with Firefox and Windows 8.1

There are many of us having this issue today on Mozilla.  I seem to do fine on IE though.  I did malware sweep with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware which was suggested by Norton Community since I am with Comcast and use Norton Security Suite.

So this is not an isolated issue.

I am on HP with IE 11, use Mozilla and windows 8.1

Hope we get this solved - I cannot watch videos and all my pages reload.

I reset Mozilla a couple hundred times.

Did Norton Eraser as well.

I'll be watching this thread.

If I hear anything, I will bring it here.

    I've branched this to a new thread, as the issue you're having in Firefox was distinct from the issue the other person was having in Internet Explorer.

    That said, it would be helpful if you could provide a clear description of the problem that you're having in Firefox, and some pertinent details, like the version of Flash Player and Firefox that you have installed.
