Flash Player for Nokia Lumia 800 with Windows 7.8

I have seen some websites through my Nokia Lumia 800 with Windows 7.8 as the OS.  I see a message that I need to install the latest flash player yet I cannot find one to install onto my phone.  Is there in fact a version that will install or not? No guesses please only genuine answers.
