Justin.tv and Stickam.com problems

I am having trouble getting video to load on these two websites.  I have used Internet Explorer and Firefox as well as Google Chrome and have no luck in any broswer.  I am running Vista and have cleared my cache/cookies.  The chatrooms are loading, but the video remains with a loading circle on justin.tv and a black screen on stickam.  I have tried everything now and can't get anwhere.
