Problem with Playdom's Gardens of Time Games, they sent me in your direction

I've been having issues where I use to be able to play Gardens of Time (by Playdom) on Facebook.  Something happened, I don't know what.  I had tryed just about everything to clear up this problem.  My problem is, when I try and zoom out (to make the game bigger), it immediately bounces back to the smaller size game and freezes up.  I've checked my Flash Player (11.7.700.169), I run Mozilla Foxfire, my System is Win. 7 64 bit, I've run through all the troubleshooting on both Playdom Support and on Adobe Flash Player site.  I've cleared or deleted caches, etc.  I'm still having problems.  I don't see anywhere that I have ever used Real Player, or whatever it was called, so I'm at a loss at what I can do to make the Games on Gardens of Time work again.

Does this same behavior occur if you use Internet Explorer or Chrome?

I don't use Chrome (never downloaded it) and I refuse to use MS IE, so have that disabled.

It would be good to know if this was specific to Firefox or is a problem across all browsers on your system.

My guess is probably is a Foxfire problem.  Is there anything I can do to correct it?

Hard to tell, could be a problem with the game itself.  I'd recommend going through the troubleshooting steps outlined in this faq.  It looks like you've already verified RealPlayer so you can ignore that one.

How do I troubleshoot Flash Player's protected mode for Firefox?
