Wacom Tablet Isn't Compatible With Flash..?

I've been trying to draw on sites that uses Adobe Flash, but whenever I use my Wacom pen to move around or draw, the cursor doesn't move at all. I can only move around with my mouse. It's the same thing with other Flash games, where I can't use the pen.

For completeness, here's the Chromium bug:

I'm not positive if a link I found is completely relevant, but I'm sharing because I think it is.

Check out this Chrome Help Forum thread: Google Groups

It sounds like the latest version of Chrome introduced an issue with using Wacom pens as the mouse in Flash content.

The thread provides several suggestions and at least one user was able to fix their issue by installing the latest Chrome beta version.

I am seeing this issue on multiple macs, running latest wacom drivers, latest version of Chrome. No input is registered on flash player. We use proofhq.com for online proofing which has flash-based interface. No buttons, controls or clicks are registered. Works fine in Safari and with a mouse in chrome.

We have the same problem. We use Pixlr editor and a few days ago the stylus (Wacom Intuos) stopped working on it, today I realized it stopped working on any we apps in Chrome. It might be limited to Chrome, it seems to work on Safari (but we'd rather not use Safari).

Hi,

Can you please share the application, you are trying to use Wacom on?

Possibly, the application you are using doesn't have proper handling for the Wacom inputs. Meanwhile, you can also make sure that you have required drivers installed for the Wacom.

Thanks!

Hello! I have the same problem too! For example, Toonator.com uses a flash-based tool for animation, but I can't draw because it lags! Same for Iscribble.com (unless you go to HTML5), and other flash sites. It used to work fine before! I use a Wacom Intuos Tablet
