I am experiencing this exact same problem, and have been for a few months.

I'm running Vista Home Premium (SP 1), Firefox 3.0.11 and have the latest Flash player (as downloaded from the Adobe website) installed.

I'm receiving the dreaded "Get Flash now!  In order to listen or view this content you will have to upgrade your version of Flash." message instead of the music player.  Random things don't work on other sites, so It's not just a MySpace issue.. some flash games don't load (Yahoo, Facebook, Pogo, whatever).  YouTube works fine.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that didn't work.. in fact, I just attempted again about 10 minutes ago.  I unstalled Flash Player, ran CCleaner on my registry, reinstalled it.. YouTube, etc., is working fine again, but I'm still getting that message on the MySpace music player.

Ironically, the music player *is* working in IE.

Help?  Thanks!

Did you uninstall using the method that I posted earlier in this topic?
