shockwave flash error

Why do I get an error messag shockwave flash is busy when I try to access farmville?

My (now retired) Win 7 machine did this all the time on YouTube.

I uninstalled BOTH the Flash Player and Shockwave plugins. If they won't uninstall from the Control Panel, use the uninstallers.

Then I reinstalled them, Shockwave first, and then Flash Player

I used the Shockwave FULL installer and the Flash Player offline installer(s)
