VSCO camera profiles for Fuji X-T20 can´t be allocated by Lightroom (8.2.1)

Hello Guys,

i just tried for 2 hours to figure out why Lightrooms cannot find the installed camera profiles (VSCO) for my Fuji X-T20. The same installation works fine with the VSCO Profiles for my Canon 7D without problems. I´have got the feeling that Lightroom cannot connect the Camera-Model with the fitting profile anymore.

All read&write rights are given. Also imported the profiles via Lightrooms "Import profiles"-function. Still the same problem on PC and also on my MacBook.

I like the VSCO presets and discontinueing their support should the the reason for changing my whole workflow..

Maybe one of you guys have any idea. I appreciate any of your suggestions..

Go to your preferences>presets and click on the presets folder. First tap on Show all Other Lightroom Presets to see if the  VSCO presets are in the develop presets folder. If yes, check the Store presets with this Catalog and move them to the  Lightroom > Settings > Presets> Develop Presets.

If you can't find them this way, search on VSCO at the system level to locate them and move them.

Alternatively, you can reinstall them.

The files are at the right place i guess. My problem is concerning the VSCO Camera Profiles (located in CameraRaw/CameraProfiles) not the VSCO Presets.

Looking into the files again, I figured out that arent spezific profiles for the Fuji X-T20. I changed the camera from the Fuji X-E1, which got its own profiles by vsco. I thing that´s the main problem. I was assuming that they´ve covered all the popular models. ;(

I´m wondering if i´m the only one with this issue, because i thought the popular Fuji Cameras in combination with  Lightroom and VSCO is a pretty common setup.

I will have to refer you to look to other experts in the forum. I do not have experience with VSCO- only what I have read in this forum.

Try entering "VSCO" in the search field at the top of page- you may find more answers.

Many forum posts have complained that the VSCO Presets cannot find their specific accompanying Profile for their 'new' camera.

Read Post#15 and Post#16  at- VSCO Missing profile LR CC Classic

Basically-

1) Profiles are specific to the exact model camera.  So you need profiles specific for Fuji X-T20 from VSCO.

and

2) VSCO said-  "we are no longer doing any troubleshooting or support related to the VSCO Film product"

So very problematic! Give up now? Or make your own profiles!!  PROFILE MAKER INSTRUCTIONS

yeah, it´s really looks like a problem, hardly to solve. It´s a pitty, that they discontinued the support.
